• WebSAT:Static Analyzer Tool

  • Checks the HTML of a web page against a subset of usability guidelines to determine how well the guidelines have been followed. These include: accessibility, form use, performance, maintainability, navigation, and readability

• WebCAT: Category Analysis Tool

  • This a variation upon traditional card sorting techniques. It allows a designer/usability engineer to test a proposed or existing categorization scheme of a web site to determine how well the categories are understood by users. The usability engineer creates a matching exercise and then the user (remotely) performs the exercise and the data is recorded
