Overview:
For 1998, UPA and NIST will co-sponsor a special Government Day that will immediately precede the regular UPA conference. Government Day is a continuation of the usability engineering symposia held at NIST in 1996 and 1997. The purpose of the meetings continues to be aimed at incorporating usability engineering techniques into the government system design and development process.
Participants who will benefit most from Government Day are those working in or with government. We are offering hands-on tutorials and a general discussion session for 1998. See the advance program for details.
